PT Direct Support Professional - Retail/Community Setting

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join us in an exciting new retail setting. This role supports an individual in a small specialty shop environment while helping build independence, job skills, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support in a retail/storefront setting Assist with daily tasks, organization, and customer interactions Support development of social and vocational skills Transport the person supported to and from the job and within the community Maintain accurate records and documentation Encourage independence while ensuring a safe and positive environment

Qualifications:

Must be an eligible driver for RRHSF (at least 25 years old & licensed driver for 5 years) and have a reliable, insured vehicle Comfortable driving and transporting individuals Self-motivated and able to work independently Punctual and dependable Strong organizational and multitasking skills Passion for helping individuals reach their goals and be active in the community

Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:

11:30 AM - 6:30

PM Saturday:
