Job Description

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Unity Developmental Disabilities Care Center is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Adult Day Services program. •No experience is required. We provide paid training .•
Job Duties:
Assist participants with daily activities and community-based outings. Support participants in achieving their personal goals and increasing independence. Accompany participants to parks, libraries, recreational activities, volunteer opportunities, and other community events. Maintain a safe and positive environment. Complete basic daily documentation.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass required background checks. Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn.
What We Offer:
Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM). No experience needed. Paid training provided. Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
