Direct Support Professional- Kearney- Day Center

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Direct Support Professionals/DSP in various settings such as day center, their home, and the community. You will support individuals with activities, habilitation, and daily living activities in Kearney, NE.

What You'll Do:

Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to ensure they have a meaningful life. As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a variety of settings such as at the day center, in the community, and their home environment.

Shift Need and Hours:

Full-time or part-time hours available. 7a-3p with every other weekend required. Flexible scheduling is available. Skillset Needed for the

Requirements:

Must be at least18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass all background checks. Experience not required - we will train you!

Pay:

$16/ hour is starting pay. We pay more for direct experience and holding an active Nebraska CNA license! We also offer CEU's for anyone with a current CNA license to keep your license active while you do meaningful and life transforming work as a DSP!
