Full Job Description Overview:
Skilled Caregiver / Home Health Aide needed in the North Lincoln, NE area! Put your professional facility background and caregiving skills to work where they matter most. We are seeking strong communicators experienced in elderly personal care, bathing, restroom assistance, and advanced transfers (Hoyer lifts/gait belts). We have a critical, immediate need for evening and weekend shifts, as well as select day roles. Background with dementia, catheter, or ostomy care is a huge plus!

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional personal care and hands-on support, including meticulous assistance with bathing and toileting/restroom needs for elderly clients. Safely execute transfers and mobility assistance using gait belts and Hoyer lifts to facility-level safety standards. Maintain exceptional, clear communication with clients, families, and management regarding care notes. Assist with daily activities, medication management, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation. Provide safe transportation to and from appointments and errands as needed. Document and communicate client needs and any changes in physical or mental condition promptly.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working in care facilities (assisted living, nursing homes, or rehab centers) is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience with elderly personal care (bathing/toileting) and transfer tools (gait belts/Hoyer lifts). Strong communication skills and a high level of professional reliability. Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia care, Ostomy care, or Catheter care is a major plus! Urgent need for evening and weekend availability (day openings are also available). Empathetic, compassionate, kind, and able to remain calm in a variety of situations. Must be 19 or older and be reliable, dependable, and consistently on time. Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle. Why Join Us?
