In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to residents in a supportive home environment. Your energy and enthusiasm will foster independence, safety, and well-being, creating a positive and empowering atmosphere for those we serve. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with individuals requiring assistance with daily activities, health monitoring, and community integration, all while building rewarding relationships. Position 1:
Monday:
3:00pm-10:30pm
Tuesday:
3:00am-10:30pm
Sunday:
10:00am-6:00pm Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA confidentiality standards Maintain a clean, safe living environment through regular cleaning routines and organization of common areas and personal spaces Support residents during community outings or activities to promote social engagement and independence Document care activities thoroughly in accordance with agency policies and state regulations Skills Proven experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments Strong knowledge of patient care techniques including CPR, First Aid, Med Aide, Mandt Ability to observe patient behavior carefully and respond promptly to changes or emergencies Excellent communication skills Familiarity with medication administration procedures and maintaining accurate care plans Compassionate attitude with a commitment to respecting residents' dignity and promoting their independence Join us in providing exceptional support that enhances quality of life!
