Conveniently located across the street from the Bedford Village Inn. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We're looking for an LNA or experienced PCA (no license required) : 11p-7a Saturday Position Alternating Saturdays Shift Diff +$6/hr 11p-7a Per Diem Position Flexible Schedule Shift Diff M-F +$3/hr Shift Diff S/S +$6/hr Experience required! Small, personal ALF in Bedford Amazing residents and teamwork environment
Responsibilities :
Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents' safety and comfort Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow
Infection Control Policies Qualifications :
Ability to build rapport with residents Punctual, dependable work ethic Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment Active LNA license or experienced PCA Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent communication skills and command of the English language Ability to follow written and oral instructions Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
