What You'll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same!

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting an individual in a 2:1 staffing ratio Giving consistent, high-level personal care Providing an individual with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment Documenting services and following individualized service plans

Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines

What We're Looking For:

Experienced DSPs or medical professionals Strong level of all personal care with female clients Compassionate, reliable, and energetic Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance (required)
