We are seeking a flexible Per Diem Direct Support Professional to support two deaf gentlemen living in a residential home.
Preferred Availability:
Weekends Most Needed Day shifts to provide coverage during full-time staff vacations Additional availability for call-outs is highly valued
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM (Awake Overnight) About the
Individuals:
You will support two deaf adult men, one in his 40s and one in his 60s, in a residential setting. Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) is preferred but not required; candidates must be willing to learn and communicate effectively. Position involves reminders for personal hygiene and household cleaning tasks. Following a behavior plan, as one individual can grab staff hands or arms when upset.
