Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

We're hiring a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other support needs. This role is temp to hire with a fantastic organization.

The following shifts are available:

Day Shift (7am-7pm). Overnight Shift (7pm-7am) Shifts are 3 twelve hours shifts You can pick up extra shifts as desired. Occasional rotating weekend coverage In this role, you'll help people live more independently, stay safe, build daily living skills, and participate in their community. What You'll Do Assist with daily living activities like: bathing dressing grooming meal preparation Provide support with behavior plans and positive reinforcement Help individuals build independence and life skills Support participation in home, school, or community activities Transport individuals to appointments, programs, or activities as needed Administer medications as directed Document services, behaviors, and important updates Work closely with families and care teams to provide consistent support What We're Looking For Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, compassion, and a respectful approach to care Ability to work independently and stay professional in different situations Experience with documentation and basic data collection Medication administration experience is a plus Valid driver's license and safe driving record preferred American Sign Language (ASL) or other communication experience is a plus Why This Role Matters This is a hands-on role where your work has a direct impact on someone's quality of life. Pay:

$19.00 - $22.50 per hour
