Qualifications:

Active Master of Social Work license/certification in New Hampshire Current BLS (AHA) certification 1+ year of recent Master of Social Work experience Previous home health experience

$2,440 - $2,641 per week•

Duration:

13-week contract, with potential to extend

Schedule:

Hourly pay (not per visit)
