Wellness Plus Location:

New Jersey (in-home & community-based) Roads 2 Wellness Plus is seeking a compassionate and reliable Spanish-speaking Direct Support Professional (DSP)to assist individuals on the autism spectrum. The DSP will provide support with daily living skills and promote independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (hygiene, meal prep, organization, etc.) Support development of independent living skills Provide community integration support (outings, socialization) Encourage communication and social skills Implement individualized support plans Maintain professional and respectful interactions

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in Spanish and English Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
