Responsibilities for a CHHA include:

Supports our company mission to provide high-quality professional care that our clients deserve Provides personal care services as established in the plan of care Assists patients with mobilization Assists with hygiene (bathing, oral care, dressing, etc) and more Performs light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, food shopping, etc Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions Submits required documentation as per agency policy and procedures Ensures compliance of agency infection control and safety policies Demonstrates sound judgment

Qualifications:
