In this vital role, you will provide personalized, high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your expertise will help individuals maintain independence and improve their quality of life through attentive caregiving and support. This position offers an enriching opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while working in a dynamic, supportive environment. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patient health status, recording vital signs and changes in condition accurately. Support patients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's. Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient information securely and efficiently. Provide emotional support and companionship. Skills Experience working with individuals with dementia, and Alzheimer's. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and record keeping Ability to perform patient observation and vital signs measurement with attention to details. Excellent communication skills in KOREAN; ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Join us if you are passionate about providing exceptional home health care!
