What You'll Do:

Help clients with daily living: bathing, grooming, transfers, meals, mobility, companionship Provide light housekeeping and medication reminders Report condition changes promptly to the supervising RN Document care through BrightStar's digital platform

Requirements:

Active NJ CHHA license Reliable, compassionate, dependable Transportation to client homes Current 2-step PPD test , or clear chest X-ray if previously positive (NJ DOH requirement)
