Job Description

Role Overview:
This is a part-time job working with only one individual, an adult female, two days a week for 5 to 6 hours per This is a part-time job.
Position Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide high-quality, dedicated support for an adult female with intellectual and developmental disabilities residing in Hammonton, NJ. This is a rewarding 1-on-1 role within the individual's home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and daily routine support. Provide companionship and engaging, person-centered support within the home. Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (preferred).
Availability:
Must have a guaranteed, firm availability for both Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Consistency is vital for this role.
Transportation:
Must possess reliable personal transportation to and from the residence in Hammonton.
Driving Record:
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
