Our philosophy centers on empowerment, community integration, and helping individuals discover their strengths — their super powers . We are seeking compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who want to make a real impact every day.
Responsibilities :
Support participants in daily activities and individualized goals Assist with community outings and skill-building activities Encourage independence and social engagement Provide assistance with personal care as needed Support meal preparation and daily living skills Document services and participant progress Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment Driving is also required
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Ability to support participants in community settings Valid driver's license and driver history with 0 points Ability to pass background check and required trainings Bilingual required
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
