• Little Falls, NJ Dynamic Duo Support LLC is looking for a compassionate Female Part‑Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 23‑year‑old female with an intellectual disability and autism in Little Falls, NJ.

This role includes assisting her at home as well as supporting her during community outings. The ideal candidate enjoys promoting independence, encouraging community involvement, and fostering personal development.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00AM-3:00 PM (5 hours a day/ 15 hours a week) $18

• 22 per hour (experience-based) + $500

Hiring Bonus Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support and companionship Transport and accompany the client to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands Assist with household tasks, including tidying, organizing, and daily routines Support with shopping, cooking, and meal preparation Encourage participation in community activities and foster social connections Promote independence and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in direct support roles (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Adult First Aid/CPR certification Check Us Out Online!!!!
