In this vital role, you will provide personalized support, encouragement, and care to help clients achieve their goals. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will foster a positive environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and motivated to grow. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while developing your skills in behavioral health, special education, and community care. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one community-based support Assist with daily living activities and skill development Support community outings and engagement Encourage independence and personal growth Follow individualized support plan (ISP) Maintain safety and documentation requirements Requirements Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Valid NJ Driver's License Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
