Harmony Support LLC is a DDD-approved provider agency offering person-centered support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable (English/Spanish) Direct Support Professional to assist with individual support. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one community-based support Assist with daily living activities and skill development Support community outings and engagement Encourage independence and personal growth Follow individualized support plan (ISP) Maintain safety and documentation requirements Requirements Must speak and understand Spanish fluently. High school diploma or GED required. Valid NJ Driver's License Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
