Live-In Home Health Aide

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive quality care and support. ## Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Aid clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition ## Requirements
• Experience in dementia care, home care, senior care, or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients
