Job Description

Overview:
1Heart Caregiver Services is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our growing team. If you are dependable, professional, and passionate about caring for seniors, we would love to speak with you. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities available. Immediate placements available. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Medication reminders Light housekeeping and meal preparation Assist with mobility and transfers Support physical, mental, and social engagement activities Transportation to appointments (if applicable) Requirements Active New Jersey CHHA license (Required) Must be authorized to work in the United States Valid government-issued ID Reliable transportation (if required for assignment) Ability to pass background screening Must meet New Jersey Department of Health screening requirements Compensation $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and case) Overtime pay where applicable Benefits (for eligible employees) Flexible schedules Employee referral bonuses ($150-$300 per referral) 24/7 support from Client Care Managers Ongoing training and education Available Shifts 4, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekend shifts On-call opportunities Work Location In-person client care within Morris County, Essex County, and Passaic County, NJ If you are ready to make a meaningful difference in someone's life, apply today!
