Monitor and report changes in a client's physical or emotional condition. Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Assist clients in maintaining independence and dignity in their own homes. Qualifications Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and follow care plans. Must pass all required background checks and health screenings.
