Job Overview:

As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on assistance, guidance, and mentorship to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. You will play a key role in helping residents develop daily living skills, independence, and confidence while creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, hygiene, and personal medical care Support residents in learning coping strategies, social skills, and friendship building Encourage participation in recreational and community activities Promote healthy living and independence Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship in a respectful and empowering manner Why Join Us? Requirements:

20 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to pass State and Federal Criminal Background Checks Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD Complete all required orientation and pre-service training Make a Difference on
