Role:
Join Haven Home Care Services LLC as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Pennington where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as per care plans. Help clients with mobility and transportation needs. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
Requirements:
Must have a valid HHA certification or equivalent experience. Prior experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client care. Reliable transportation and flexibility in schedule. Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices. Background check and references required.
