As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. We are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to join our team in Port Murray, NJ. About the
Role:
As a DSP with ASG Home Care, you will provide support and assistance to our clients in various aspects of their daily lives, including: Assisting with personal care and hygiene Managing medical conditions and administering medications Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores Facilitating social and recreational activities Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support and care to clients with developmental disabilities Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet client needs Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure seamless care Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
