Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Professional to provide individualized behavioral and instructional support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting data, ensuring compliance, and promoting daily living, communication, and vocational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement personalized instruction and behavior support plans
• Collect and analyze data to monitor individual progress
• Safely transport individuals to appointments, jobs, and community activities
• Assist with communication, self-care, and vocational skills
• Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid billing
• Participate in training, team meetings, and evaluations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug checks
• Must be at least 21 years old

Work Environment:

This role requires physical activity, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working in various residential and community settings. Flexibility and teamwork are key.
