What You Will Do:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate care records and documentation Certified Home Health Aide Qualifications Active New Jersey CHHA certification (required) Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience preferred Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Expect Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends, evenings, and occasional last-minute shifts Reliability and punctuality in attending assigned shifts Professionalism when interacting with clients, families, and team members Willingness to follow care plans and agency protocols Why Join Right at Home ?
