As a Certified Home Health Aide, your duties will include: Providing direct client care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene Assisting with toileting and incontinence care Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with meal planning, tailored to dietary restrictions or medical conditions Meal preparation and feeding assistance Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and laundry Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Assisting with specialized care needs, such as dementia care, hospice support, catheter care, oxygen dependence, and transfer equipment Following the client's individualized care plan, reporting changes in condition to the nursing staff Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and communication Adhering to HIPAA regulations for client privacy IND123
