Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Assists consumers with personal care tasks, their activities of daily living skills, and applying the principles of proper body care Provides supportive homemaker services to assist consumers in maintaining a safe and clean environment and securely maintain their personal items Documents all activities according to the agency's procedures and reports any concerns to the program managers
