Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to individuals with diverse needs. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to ensure patient stability Administer medications accurately following prescribed instructions while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and medical documentation standards Document all patient interactions and medical information accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Prepare meals and assist with meal planning to promote health and well-being in accordance with dietary restrictions or preferences Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment for clients. Work with individuals requiring long-term care in home Experience Prior experience working as a home health aide, nursing assistant, or in assisted living facilities is highly preferred Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals in their homes or place of residence. Familiarity with medical documentation procedures and EHR/EMR systems Hands-on experience assisting with ADLs and providing patient-centered care in home health or long-term care environment. $21.00 - $21.30 per hour
