Role:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living activities : supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Developing and implementing individualized plans : working with individuals to create personalized support plans that align with their unique needs and goals Providing behavioral support : using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage positive behavior and reduce challenging behavior Facilitating community integration : supporting individuals in accessing community resources, participating in social activities, and pursuing recreational interests
