Call 551-261-4989 for inquiries or email staffing@byyoursidehhs.org Responsibilities Provide health care services in patient's residences Perform domestic and household tasks Assist with client's personal care activities Maintain patients care records and document provided services Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Skills Proven working experience as home health aide Nursing and health care administration skills Caring and compassionate personality First Aid training Eligible to work in the United States High school degree

Must Have:

CHHA License Recent Physical (less than 1 year) MMR 2 Step PPD, Chest X-ray or Quantiferon (within 5 years) Legal to work in the
