Job Description

Vibe Treatment Center is seeking one male and one female Live-In House Manager to help oversee structured recovery housing for clients participating in treatment services. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in behavioral health, CCSS, peer support, recovery services, or residential supervision.
Overview:
The House Manager will help maintain a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused living environment while assisting clients with transportation, accountability, structure, and daily support needs. Both positions are live-in roles and will work closely with the clinical team to support client success and program operations.
Responsibilities:
Transport clients to IOP groups, medical appointments, meetings, and approved activities Supervise daily activities within the residence Maintain a clean, safe, and structured living environment Enforce house rules, curfews, and program expectations Provide peer support, encouragement, and accountability Assist with scheduling, medication reminders, and daily living support Communicate concerns, incidents, or client needs to staff Complete basic documentation as required
Requirements:
Experience in behavioral health, CCSS, peer support, case management, or recovery services preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, organized, and professional Ability to maintain healthy boundaries and professionalism Must pass background check CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Compensation:
$20 to $27/hr Free housing & utilities included
Pay:
$23.14 - $27.86 per hour
