Full Job Description About Us:
SunSage Home Care provides compassionate, client-focused personal care services to help individuals maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable caregivers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care) Support with mobility, transfers, and positioning Provide medication reminders Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up) Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if applicable) Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client condition
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing) a plus Current CPR and First Aid certification Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if role requires errands/appointments) Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude Benefits (for eligible employees): Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Paid training and orientation Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Health insurance options for full-time staff
