We are seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our team and provide compassionate, patient-centered support in the Pahrump area. Why Join Dependable Health? Make a real impact in patients' lives during critical moments Support patients and families through education, resources, and advocacy Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven care team Weekly pay and 401(k) benefits for all staff What You'll Be Doing Assess patients' psychosocial needs and develop care plans Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families Assist with discharge planning and community resource coordination Advocate for patient needs with the interdisciplinary care team Educate patients and caregivers on available services and support systems Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards What You Bring Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required Current state licensure (as required) Minimum 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred Home Health or Hospice experience preferred Strong knowledge of community resources and care coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Be the support system patients and families rely on when it matters most.
