This rewarding role focuses on building relationships, supporting daily routines, implementing habilitation goals, and encouraging independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities and supervision as needed in the community and in the individuals home Support independence, communication, and life skills development Implement individualized habilitation plans Engage in community activities and build positive relationships Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Complete daily documentation and progress notes Transporting individual to medical appointments, recreational activities, etc.

Client Support Needs:

Adult with developmental disabilities who uses crutches and leg braces Mostly independent but requires supervision and support throughout the day No lifting or transfers required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of or willingness to learn habilitation support strategies Compassionate, patient, dependable, and attentive Able to pass a background check Experience preferred but not required - training provided if needed

Job Details:

Approximately 52 hours per month (about 13 hours per week) Variable schedule based on client needs Day, evening, and weekend hours may be available In-person role $17.00/hour Voluntary benefits available
