for this position. Responsibilities As a Home Health Aide, you will: Provide professional and compassionate personal care services to residents Maintain accurate and timely documentation Work independently while following established care plans and direction Encourage residents to participate in activities and outings Assist with resident transportation and mobility throughout the facility Observe residents' physical conditions and report any changes or concerns Monitor resident areas and facility conditions, reporting maintenance or safety concerns as needed Qualifications HHA Certification required Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Professional, courteous, and compassionate communication High school diploma or GED preferred Previous healthcare or related experience preferred Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including: 403(b) Retirement Plan AD&D Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
