Job Description

Connected Home Care is a leading provider of Home Care Services throughout New York State and provides the very best work environment for our caregivers and the very best care to our clients. Qualifications:
0 to 2 years' experience Some high school Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Current Photo ID & Social Security card Drug screen (last 6 months) Full physical (last 6 months) 2 PPD's, Rubella & Rubeola titers Two references
PCA Responsibilities:
Personal Care, Live-In Home Care, Light Housecleaning, Transportation, Meal Preparation, Visiting Nurse, Errands/Shopping, Bathing/Dressing, Home Health, Dementia, Medication Management Job Type:
