Assistant House Manager•1 year of I/DD exp req'd
Full-Time:
Sun-Thurs, 3pm•11pm
Salary:
$19.50•$21.50/hr + $1 weekend differential Are you a DSP with experience supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and looking to advance your career? Support people—train as an essential worker to empower and assist people with complex intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to achieve their goals. Feel good about what you do! We are seeking an Assistant House Manager to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to achieve their goals. In addition, you will: Supervise and work directly with direct support professionals in the delivery of care to the residents by goal implementation and monitoring. Provide feedback to staff in order to have a proper quality of care for residents. Provide care for residents by assuring clothing needs are met, personal and recreational supplies are maintained, and personal safety is assured by close supervision of residents, in order to maintain a proper quality of life for residents.

Qualified NYS Driver's License High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year of experience supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities A passion to help others!
