High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate Hold a current valid Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certificate from New York State Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care (copy of a medical physical within a year and proof of immunization titers) Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
