Starting at $20.00 per Hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus! Buffalo Homecare is hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants for a new case opening in August in Castile, NY. If you are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide medication reminders Help clients remain safe and independent in their homes
Qualifications:
Valid PCA Certificate required for PCA positions Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude Strong communication skills Previous caregiving experience preferred Fast-Track ACD Certification Candidates with any of the following may qualify for our ACD Test-Out Program and become certified in as little as 1 day : CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) At least 3 months of verifiable caregiving experience within the last 3 years $500 Sign-On Bonus Candidates hired for this Castile case are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, paid as $50 per week for 10 weeks.
Bonus eligibility requires:
Reliable attendance Compliance with company policies Continued assignment to the case The sign-on bonus will be forfeited in cases of: No call/no show Calling off without proper notice Client abandonment Client mistreatment, neglect, or abuse Violation of company policies Resignation or removal from the case before completion of the bonus period Why Join Buffalo Homecare?
