Job Description

Now Hiring:
Direct Support Professional with a Valid Drivers License East Hills, NY - Near Roslyn & surrounding areas $22/hour 8am to 4pm or 9:30am to 5:30pm - Must be available for both schedule Temp to Hire with Excellent benefits after transition to Permanent Are you patient, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities grow and thrive? Join a supportive Life Skills Training program making a real impact every day.
What You'll Do:
Support daily life skills, social activities & community engagement Ensure participant safety and well-being Encourage independence and positive interactions Safely pick up, drop off and transport participants to appointments and other activities Assist with documentation and daily program activities
Requirements:
1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities High School Diploma or GED Strong communication, reliability, and compassion OPWDD/Medicaid experience a plus Valid Drivers License with 18 months driving experience Clean driving record Great fit for caregivers, aides, or educators looking for meaningful work.
