This unique opportunity allows you to work alongside a nurse assigned to the case while providing one-on-one support to the client. In addition to your base rate, you'll receive an additional $10 per hour incentive.

Daily coverage 3 hours per shift, 3 days per week 1 hour per shift on remaining days

Requirements Required:

Active New York State HHA Certification Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional and compassionate demeanor
