Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Day Habilitation Services Hamburg, NY | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-3:30pm (35 hours per week) Starting at $22.89/hour - Highest DSP Base Pay in Western New York! As a DSP, you'll support adults with developmental disabilities through hands-on assistance, community outings, skill-building activities, and meaningful daily experiences that promote independence and personal growth.
