Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing personal care, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.
Duties:
  • Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
  • Assist with memory care for clients with cognitive impairments
  • Provide catheter care as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to maintain accurate medical records
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients safely, following proper body mechanics techniques
  • Familiarity with assisted living facilities or home care is best
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
