Job Description

Our newly renovated state of the art assisted living facility is currently seeking reliable, passionate, and professional HHA's to join our team. Applicants must hold a valid HHA or PCA certification for consideration.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with meals. Assisting residents with personal care and ADLs. Execution and documentation of individualized care plans. Tidying common areas, residents' rooms, and dining areas. Ability to work as a team and to work individually. Assist with transporting residents to medical appointments. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes or concerns. Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
