Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, 18 years old or older, must have a car, a valid license and car insurance, must pass a background check. Preferred candidates have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, are reliable and consistent. Employees must also provide accurate documentation of each shift in the Evero app.

Monday - Thursday part-time hours. Opportunity for more hours through the agency Pay rate: $23/hr plus mileage reimbursement, paid training, paid sick leave, paid vacation days Employee healthcare benefits available for full time employees.

Client Goals:

To be healthy, learn independent living skills, learn how to be more organized, learn how to use public transportation, and to explore my community. This individual is a kind and creative young woman who is looking for a mentor to help her achieve her goals. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, Marvel movies, Harry Potter, skiing, shopping, and going to the movies. This individual also values her independence and is currently looking for employment. Her ideal candidate would be reliable, cheerful, give honest feedback, and have the flexibility to work around her work schedule. She is particularly looking for someone to help motive her to keep her apartment clean and organized, cook healthier meals, and be more involved in her community. The applicant for this position must go through an interview process, a background check, and an online and in person training period. Once hired, you must provide consistent, reliable, and safe community habilitation and provide written documentation of services in the eVero app during each shift.
