Home Health Aide (HHA)

We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout Suffolk County, NY. Join our team and help improve the comfort, safety, and daily lives of those in need of care and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties Monitor and report changes in clients' condition or behavior Remind clients to take medications as directed Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

Qualifications:

Valid New York State HHA Certificate required Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and punctuality preferred Ability to work independently and follow care plans Must be authorized to work in the
