Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Overnight, Live-In, and Hourly Positions Available Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care services to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. Our clients may include older adults, individuals with disabilities, those recovering from illness or injury, and others who require support to remain safely and comfortably in their homes. Assignments may range from a few hours per week to around-the-clock care, depending on the needs of the client and their family. We are committed to matching caregivers with clients to provide personalized, dignified, and dependable care that promotes independence and enhances quality of life. Essential ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care Assistance Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Provide toileting and incontinence care. Assist with mobility, ambulation, transfers, and positioning. Help with feeding and meal assistance when needed. Encourage and support client independence whenever possible. Companionship and Emotional Support Provide companionship and social engagement. Participate in conversation and recreational activities. Offer emotional support and encouragement. Help reduce isolation and improve overall well-being. Household Support Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties, including: Laundry Dishwashing Vacuuming and dusting Changing linens Organizing living spaces Maintaining a clean and safe environment Transportation and Errands Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities as needed. Assist with grocery shopping, prescription pickups, and other errands. Provide transportation when authorized and qualified. Monitoring and Reporting Observe and report changes in a client's physical, emotional, or mental condition. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, family members, and other members of the care team. Follow all agency policies, procedures, and care plans. Qualifications Current HHA or PCA certification (if required by state regulations). Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required. Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, or individuals recovering from illness is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and responsibly. Reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass required background screenings and employment verifications. Physical Requirements Ability to assist clients with transfers and mobility. Ability to lift, push, pull, and support clients when necessary. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform caregiving tasks for extended periods. Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
