Location:
Middletown, NY Pay Range:
$17.50-$20.00 (Dependent on experience)
Hours:
Per Diem, Must be able to work weekends .

What You'll Do:
Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement. Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support. Ensure health, safety, and program compliance. Transport individuals to activities and appointments. Complete documentation using electronic systems.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.
